The Challenge

One of South Africa's oldest and most respected banks, First National Bank, faced exactly this challenge when it launched a unique home loan package - the first in the country to be sold through a call centre.

Realising the key to a long and successful venture was the recruitment and sales training of the best staff possible; First National Bank (FNB) knew they required a fresh approach to an old problem.

The Solution

After considering many options, First National Bank chose meta-morphose International, selecting high calibre individuals from their rigorous assessment process, who then received meta-morphose's award winning training, coaching and support - all of which set meta-morphose apart from typical recruitment agencies.

meta-morphose worked closely with FNB to understand the requirements specific to their business, then set out to attract top quality candidates. Utilising a unique selection and assessment process that includes telephone screening, group dynamic exercises, simulated presentations, one to one interviews and psychometric evaluations, meta-morphose chose only those candidates most suited to the specific sales role required by FNB.

Initially three candidates were taken on, receiving award winning sales training and ongoing coaching and support from meta-morphose to ensure their potential was fully realised as quickly as possible.

The impact of sales training

The results have had an instant impact.
