For me, the ongoing training and support was essential for confidence building as well as making that first step from graduate to sales professional!

I attended a meta-morphose assessment day in July 2000 and was successful. I could hardly believe it when an ideal position came up for interview the following day. I attended the interview; and was extremely pleased when two days later I was offered the job at GB Information Management as an Account Manager. I was so impressed with the enthusiasm and commitment of meta-morphose and even more so that I had applied and found myself a job all within one week!

Twelve months later and I am still enjoying my sales role and am on track to exceed this years target. I credit part of my success to the ongoing support from the meta-morphose team and the successful completion of the meta-morphose training, which I found to be both challenging and fun. I learnt that selling is not just concerned with a tangible product, but is about communication, attitude and professionalism.
