Gavin Hagon
Without the support and training offered by meta-morphose I don't believe I would have achieved as much success, as quickly as I have.
Gavin left Brunel University with an honours degree in Applied Chemistry and attended an assessment day at meta-morphose to find out what career opportunities might be open to him.
"I was unsure when I went along to meta-morphose about what I wanted to do. During the assessment day I began to realise that I was really enjoying the challenges the day posed, the energy and professionalism of the meta-morphose team and the realisation that professional selling was a career option and by the end of the day I was convinced. I wanted to sell."
meta-morphose found Gavin an outstanding opportunity at a medical devices company which is part of the Johnson & Johnson group.
"Meta-morphose taught me many things but perhaps the most influential for me were how to listen, how to set goals and the importance of business and sales etiquette. Their methods were challenging and entertaining and the range of trainers and speakers was impressive. Without the support and training offered by meta-morphose I don't believe I would have achieved as much success, as quickly as I have."
Gavin has received yet more good news, being voted "Sales Person of the Year" by his company, and being promoted to a newly created role of Marketing Executive. In this newly created role, Gavin will head the sales and marketing activity for a completely new product range.
