The day after the assessment day I received a call briefing me on a particular role with an IT solutions company. The job specification looked impressive and the response from meta-morphose was extremely quick. I attend an interview the following week!

After studying for a BSc in Multimedia with Computing at The University of Gloucestershire and achieving 2:1, I attempted to find a role that would allow me to capitalise on my degree.

After a few weeks of rather dull temporary employment I found myself asking a lot of questions about my career progression. Luckily, my partner then introduced me to meta-morphose.

Prior to attending the selection and interview day I must own up to feeling apprehensive about the event. The staff on the day were so professional and friendly that I quickly realised that meta-morphose is a very well oiled machine focussed on recognising the skills necessary to succeed in the sales environment. The nerves vanished! The assessment day was fair, relevant, and enjoyable at the same time. Throughout the day I did not feel like "just another candidate" as everybody I met was friendly and down to earth.

I chose this because my role is both interesting and challenging. Although this type of sales based role was relatively new to me it applies to my Multimedia/IT degree. Exactly the role I was looking for!
