"Overall, the two days were very intense and I thoroughly enjoyed it. All the graduates had really evolved into sales professionals along the year at meta-morphose. The level was high and winning the business simulation made the whole experience stimulating. This last part did not involve theory. We all had to adopt a "stand up and get your hands dirty" attitude. We were always questioning the way we performed and we received constant feedback from the meta-morphose sales coaches. I feel I have matured in my sales role over the past 14 months and being able to practice in a safe environment where you try and apply sales techniques without any consequences if you mess it up was highly appreciated. I will definitely sign for any similar training in the future and I hope the opportunity to do so will come. "

After attending the assessment day, I was offered an interview with an employer within a couple of days. The advice given before the interview was invaluable.

From a graduate's point of view, the recruitment methods used by meta-morphose are first class. Having access to all those employers has to be more efficient than approaching each one individually!

I was offered employment after just one interview which proves the selection processes is effective, matching the person with their job requirements perfectly.

I am currently very happy in my position, and looking forward to Phase 1 training where I hope to formalise the skills I have been using at work. It will also offer an opportunity to compare notes with others in similar positions to myself!
