meta-morphose's interview and selection day is designed so that we can see you perform at your best. We're looking for energy, focus, determination and strong communications skills.

Before we accept any candidate, he or she must attend one of our interview and selection days. This is not a competition: it's meta-morphose's way of ensuring that we choose the absolute best of the talent available. We choose the best because the positions which we have available to fill are some of the UK's top jobs. Though rigorous, we strive to ensure that the day is enjoyable and, whatever the outcome, that those attending leave having gained both confidence and experience.

What are we looking for? Unlike many companies, we're not looking for people with experience. We're looking for people with three key attributes: knowledge of the market in which a person wants to work; the skills to present products or services, in an appealing and professional way; most important - attitude. A great attitude is the difference between success and failure.

So, what happens on the day? First, after registration and coffee, we provide an introduction to meta-morphose and to the rest of the day's activities. This helps to orientate those attending and let them better understand how we work and what we are looking for. During the rest of the day, we assess how people work together, using our group exercises, and find out more about each individual, through interviews and psychometric tests.

As one of the UK's leading graduate sales recruitment and training companies, we receive an average of between 3,000 and 4,000 CVs each month; we invite only the most outstanding to attend a rigorous assessment day. This is further narrowed down during the day, so that only the best candidates from each day are put forward for jobs.
