This fast growing business has gone from strength to strength within the niche automotive industry. It is continually growing through providing an unsurpassed urgent delivery service to production lines around the world.
This fantastic company offers the fastest delivery of components throughout the world. This is an extremely exciting time where their growth demands a further tier to be added to the sales team.
The role
Your main role will be to service and develop existing German client base. On occasion you may be required to liaise with German speaking customers outside of the country.
You will travel throughout Germany in order to meet existing and potential clients. All support for arranging travel would be provided. You will also attend industry conferences and exhibitions considered useful to business development.
There will be an opportunity to gain an ISMM accredited sales qualification, through meta-morphose, with at least 8 days of professional training and the support of a professional sales coach!
Additionally there is a genuine opportunity to move into a management capacity as your career progresses.
The Person
To become a Graduate Sales Manager within Germany you will:
- Be an enthusiastic, determined self starter with ability to work individually
- Have a full, clean driving licence
- Have high self motivation
- Possess a high degree of organisation and attention to detail
- Have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Need to reside in Germany
- Have excellent customer-communications skills
- Have good computer systems skills
- Ability to speak a English and German
