meta-morphose launches a unique training programme for sales professionals

"If you want to make a difference, you have to do some things differently"

meta-morphose today launched a unique and challenging training programme designed to maximise the effectiveness of sales leaders delivering on their promise.

Combining external training with action based workplace learning and personal coaching, the programme consists of 10 days of facilitated training complemented by scheduled coaching sessions delivered over a 10 month period.

After each module, the delegates action specific learning back in the workplace which is guided and followed through by their personal coach to ensure that it is tailored to the very specific needs of our clients. The coach ensures that "good intentions" actually happen rather than becoming a "nice to do when I have the time". Behavioural change becomes a reality and not an aspiration.
