The National Star College is a specialist college working with learners who have physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries. The work they do ranges from skills for adult life - mobility, self awareness and daily living skills- through to full vocational qualifications.

The National Star College runs many events and activities in order to raise money for the College's specialist equipment and upkeep which ensures all of the learners there are given the very best care and life opportunities.

The meta-morphose team have strong links with the College and we wanted to help in our own way........with training!
Our Specialist knowledge and unique experience of sales training allows us to transform teams, through a wide range of development solutions which deliver substantially increased performance.

The College have a Fundraising Team dedicated to raising the awareness of the College and securing financial support from corporate, community and indivdual donors. We realised the best way we can help would be to contribute to the development this team.

Using our own Sales training material, the team will be on their way to developing and honing their skills. The training programme is designed to equip delegates with confidence and capability. Covering topics like:

• Why people buy/donate
• Telephone skills
• Negotiation and closing
• Goals, plans and achievements

We are sure this will help the team boost their results and help secure an even more exciting future for what we believe is a truly incredible organisation.
