Shipping & Return Policy

All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances.

We will dispatch via the shipping option you have chosen. UK first class mail usually takes 1-3 working days. UK second class mail usually takes 2-5 working days. Courier services in the UK normally delivery within 2 working days. Internationally we ship via airmail or international couriers, and shipping times vary.

You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 60 days after dispatch.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect, however should you receive an item from meta-morphose that is damaged, defective or incorrect we will endeavour to replace or exchange the item. Please contact meta-morphose on 01242 253 253.
