Why bother with sales training?
Well I was having a conversation with a sales director this week.. He said 'I'm frustrated with my team, I see them working hard, they tell me they are working hard....but....they are not working hard at the things I want them to be working hard on!'
Bridging this gap is what our clients strive to achieve. Our sales training takes individuals from being 'unconsciously incompetent' That is working hard but not at what the business wants from them. To achieving the state of being 'unconsciously competent'. Working 'naturally' on exactly what the business wants.
We can all break rocks, but wouldn't it be better if we were breaking the ones our business wants us to break.
